Transport Stage to the Baxter Tavern Car Park, 117 Baxter-Tooradin Road, (those who live on the Mornington Peninsula can start from here).
Allow 50 minutes from above Departure Time, continue to Arthur Seat with a 30 min break.
Lunch at Flinders Golf Club at 12.30pm.
2 Course Set Lunch - $35.00 per person
Served on an alternating drop:
Roast of the Day served with seasonal vegetables and a rich gravy.
Atlantic Salmon served with a chive mash and seasonal vegetables.
*Vegetarian Quiche served with quinoa, mixed grain and fetta salad (for vegetarians or vegans only at request).
Followed by:
Strawberry cheesecake served with white chocolate shards and chantilly cream.
Lemon meringue tart with passionfruit coulis and sorbet.
A bottle of house wine per table of 10 is included.
