Welcome to our latest News4U.
Some of our events coming up in order are listed below.
Now that our final two teams have sorted themselves out to lock horns on the last Saturday in September, it’s time for us to sort out the finer details of our traditional annual Grand Final Lunch which is to be held again at the Mediteraneo Restaurant in Sth. Melbourne. More details on P2.
Changes to our Club Rules
Our club constitution has had a revamp as required under Consumer Affairs Victoria. As such a Special General meeting of the “Maserati Club of Australia Inc.” will be held on 30 September 2013 at 6.30 pm at the Emerald Hotel, 415 Clarendon Street, Sth Melbourne.
A 95Dba noise level day makes this very suitable for members and friends with competition cars that have noise level issues at our normal track days
This event is for all competitors who hold a cams S2 license or better and belong to a cams affiliated club. So if you have friends who may be interested in coming please pass on info of this event. More details on Page 3.

The Grand Final Lunch has been a fixture on the club calendar for many years. With AFL football an institution in Melbourne, the Grand Final Lunch has similarly become an institution for companies and organisations of all shapes and sizes
... it is after all a good excuse to have a lunch!
The club’s 2013 Grand Final Lunch will be held at Mediterraneo in Albert Park.
Mediterraneo is an inviting, comfortable space brightened by colourful paintings and a friendly, professional staff. But foremost of all, it's a quality steak restaurant that deserves its recent award with devotion to fine meat and its appropriate cooking, a balanced menu and extensive wine list. Opened in 2002 by owner Michael Popovic the restaurant has a strong Southern European flavour, reflective of the owner’s Balkan background. Mediterraneo has the best charcoal grilled food to offer, from the finest pasture-fed aged steaks and fresh seafood varieties to flavoursome Mediterranean indulgences, all of which are cooked to perfection on a custom-made mallee-root grill.
We will look forward to seeing you at Bridport Street.
